Beaumont Hills went up almost entirely between the late 1990s and the mid 2000s, which makes it one of the most uniform suburbs we work in — and that uniformity shows in the work. The drainage is modern PVC, so root intrusion is rare, but every hot water system installed when these houses were built has now passed twenty years. A new run has to be sized for the total appliance load, not teed off whichever line happens to be nearest — we are regularly asked to correct work where that was not done.
