What our customers actually say

“I booked Precision Pipes to install a new dishwasher at my home in Castle Hill, expecting it to be a straightforward job. Unfortunately, once they got started, they discovered a hidden leak behind my kitchen cabinets that made the installation far more complicated than anyone anticipated. They had to carefully access the plumbing through the cabinetry, repair the leak, and work through a solid concrete wall before completing the installation. Despite all the extra work involved, the finish was incredible. You would never know the cabinets had been modified, and everything was left looking as good as new. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and they left the entire area spotless before they left. It’s refreshing to find tradespeople who take so much pride in doing the job properly rather than rushing through it. If you need an experienced plumber in Castle Hill, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision Pipes. Their professionalism and quality of work speak for themselves.”

“I recently had the pleasure of using Precision Pipes Plumbing's services and felt compelled to share my experience. Being a pensioner who lives alone, I greatly appreciate clear communication and prompt responses. Precision Pipes Plumbing exceeded my expectations in both aspects. They were quick to respond and kept me updated throughout the process, including their arrival time. The team was thorough in their work, effectively repairing my outdoor toilet. Additionally, they left no trace of the repair work, as they meticulously tidied up after the job was done. I was particularly touched by the courtesy and friendliness of the two young gentlemen who visited my home. They left a lasting positive impression, representing the company's quality and commitment to client satisfaction. I wouldn't hesitate to endorse this company and recommend their services to others. If you require proficient and reliable plumbing work, Precision Pipes Plumbing should be your first call.”

“Ben & Rohan from Precision pipes contacted us from Hipages. They came over to do inspection and gave a very ambitious quote for the Supply and Installation of a new Vanity and floor waste in the toilet (there was no Vanity in this one previously). They contacted us few times texting the images of different types of Vanity and mixer taps which gave us options to choose the right one. We felt very happy after the work was completed. Very neat and clean. There was one additional repair of a floor waste and they tried to source this product (old model) from distributors for which they had to do multiple visits to our home to get the right fit. I really appreciate their commitment in completing this work which was not part of the initial quote - and they did this without charging a single penny !! .It was really delightful. I wish them great success with their company and will definitely recommend them to my friends !”

“We bought a house that didn’t have a gas connection and were not sure how the process would go with installing it. We started taking quotes from plumbers to get it done for us and the quotes that we got were phenomenal. Some of them even said they can’t even do the job, but then we got Ben and Rohan referred by a friend. What an amazing professionalism and responsiveness we got and immediately felt a sense of positivity. They didn’t say no and when they quoted us the prices were in our budget. They just installed the pipes and the cooktop yesterday and I can’t rave enough about the responsiveness and commitment I got from them. Amazing work and made the whole process feel like a breeze. They are very easy to deal with and very flexible. Thank you so much Ben and Rohan. You are now our go to plumbers for anything that will ever happen in the house which is plumbing related. 😊”

“Précision Pipes were referred by a family member and I am now more than happy to refer both Rohan & Ben to anyone who requires the services of a professional, trustworthy and efficient plumber. Ben was able to explain the best options for a number of jobs that required immediate attention - from a complete replacement of one toilet and repairs to two others, Ben explained what was required and best options with regards to price. Was efficient and tidy and ensured all the jobs I had mentioned - from a dripping outside tap to low water pressure in the kitchen - were all resolved. Ensured we were happy and satisfied with the work and immediate availability should further assistance be required. More than happy to recommend PRECISION PIPES. We were 100% satisfied.”

“We engaged Precision Pipes for the very first time and it turned out to be a great choice. Precision Pipes and Rohan came through a recommendation and we are very happy with the service. Rohan and Colin were professional right from the start - reviewing the work for a quote to actually carrying out the work itself. We enagaged them to replace the pantry tap, fixing a leak in the rain water switch, sealing the shower area for any leaks. The work was done patiently and meticulously. I highly recommend Rohan and Precision Pipes for anything plumbing, drains or even gas related.”

“Rohan was referred by a builder next door on weekend to fix a broken pipe and I had to consider myself very fortunate to have Rohan visit and fix the issue within an hour, excellent and friendly service. Great value When discussed about my rain water tank and frequent issues, Rohan checked it and advised to replace the pump and change electric power point. Quote was reasonable and great value!!! Rohan and Ben suggested best fit pump, installed and cleaned up well after the job. Highly recommend their friendly and professional services! Thanks Rohan and Ben!”

“Used Precision pipes couple of years ago to install our kitchen sink, taps, dishwasher and gas stove. Happy with the service then and had them come back to do other plumbing jobs in our house, most recent one to fix leaking taps and install new shower rail. They are honest with pricing, respectful, leaves the site clean and when they find other little things that need to be done would do it without charging extra. We’ve had Rohan, Colin and now Ben and so far all these young men had been a pleasure to deal with. Hence we keep returning to their service.”

“Ben, Rohan and team were a pleasure to deal with, they were efficient in unblocking our kitchen drain and installing a toilet, and attending to the job after a few manufacturer issues with the toilet we bought came up the next day. They were prompt, quick to come back and did this all just before Christmas! Very hard to get contractors in your house that do such a good job, they made us comfortable and we’re very happy with their work. Highly recommend for any plumbing work you need done, and I’ll definitely be using them for future projects.”
