“Words cannot express how happy I am. Colin din a great job. Great guy too. He even fixed things that were not part of the original works. Tried to pay him extra but he wouldn’t accept. Such a great lad. At first our schedules couldn’t meet because they are very busy. Lots of jobs is a good sign. Colin ended up working on our plumbing during the weekend! What a hard working lad. Highly recommended and they have a lifetime service warranty, you can never go wrong with that! Thank you again Colin and Precision Pipes Plumbing! Highly recommended”

“Cameron from Precision Pipes did an outstanding job installing our new toilet and replacing the old vanity, all in a very tight and tricky space. Despite the challenges, his work was clean, precise, and completely drama-free. He was extremely cooperative and flexible, even when we had a few changes along the way. It’s rare to find tradespeople who are this reliable and easy to work with. Highly recommend Cameron and the Precision Pipes team for any plumbing work—professional, courteous, and top-quality service!”

“It was a collection of odd plumbing jobs that needed to be done in the apartment we have lived in for over 10 years. AS we all know the list of jobs starts with a leaking tap and then you start adding to the list till you realise you need to do something about the list. Ben was very easy to deal with over the entire process from start to finish and the finish job was very good. So if you are after a reliable plumber who works neat and tidy then Ben is your guy. Thanks for completing the job Ben. ⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️⭐️”

“Precision Pipes were great. Will use them again anytime. Very happy with their work and would recommend them”

“We had Ryan and Cameron come and fix a few bidet showers in our home. Their workmanship was excellent. Their friendly nature and explanations of why we need a few things was very helpful. They went above and beyond in checking and rechecking if everything was working well before they left. Thank you Ryan and Cameron. Much appreciated.”

“The team from Precision Pipes Plumbing did a great job installing 3 replacement toilets at our house. I couldn’t be happier with the quality of the work and the professionalism displayed by Rohan the business owner, Ryan and not to forget Genevieve in the office. Excellent communication at all stages of the work and I cannot not recommend these guys enough. Definitely my go to plumbers from here on.”

“Précision Pipes were referred by a family member and I am now more than happy to refer both Rohan & Ben to anyone who requires the services of a professional, trustworthy and efficient plumber. Ben was able to explain the best options for a number of jobs that required immediate attention - from a complete replacement of one toilet and repairs to two others, Ben explained what was required and best options with regards to price. Was efficient and tidy and ensured all the jobs I had mentioned - from a dripping outside tap to low water pressure in the kitchen - were all resolved. Ensured we were happy and satisfied with the work and immediate availability should further assistance be required. More than happy to recommend PRECISION PIPES. We were 100% satisfied.”

“I booked Precision Pipes to install a new dishwasher at my home in Castle Hill, expecting it to be a straightforward job. Unfortunately, once they got started, they discovered a hidden leak behind my kitchen cabinets that made the installation far more complicated than anyone anticipated. They had to carefully access the plumbing through the cabinetry, repair the leak, and work through a solid concrete wall before completing the installation. Despite all the extra work involved, the finish was incredible. You would never know the cabinets had been modified, and everything was left looking as good as new. The workmanship and attention to detail were outstanding, and they left the entire area spotless before they left. It’s refreshing to find tradespeople who take so much pride in doing the job properly rather than rushing through it. If you need an experienced plumber in Castle Hill, I wouldn’t hesitate to recommend Precision Pipes. Their professionalism and quality of work speak for themselves.”
